This collector wanted only the best examples in his collection ? always a discerning buyer of the finest examples he could find. After over 25 years, he has now decided to part with items from his own extensive collection.
This is one of them.

First we have ever handled in this export packaging.
Issued between 1962-68. A most attractive prestige car with a pale grey lower and a palest grey upper body. Vivid red interior with chauffeur. Notably complete with an intact bonnet emblem and chrome plated trim virtually unmarked. The windows can be raised or lowered. Shaped spun wheels and a matt baseplate. Model has prestomatic (i.e. fingertip) steering. Suspension. Fine original tyres.

Occasional tiny mark to the paint finish.
A difficult find in the* card and cellophane outer box (made for export)*. Notoriously fragile boxes, largely made of cellophane, they are regularly found in poor condition. This example has fared better than many! Fresh, bright and complete.

Re-attached end flap and a very small cellophane puncture (this is the original cellophane, not a later replacement). Minor handling wear besides. Traces of the original tape which kept the box closed. Both stiff plastic fixing tabs to secure the model within the box are still present.
