Notes
From the English casting of Dinky 104, the French Dinky factory made this version with concave metal wheels, a three-spoke cream steering wheel and of course, ‘Made in France’ on the base. In near mint condition ( two of the racing numbers have a little light speckling). Vivid mid-green finish, driver, metal steering wheel, shiny base (minor marking). Usual little mark to the driver’s head. Well-shaped original tyres (two have a little surface crazing, one has a small split). Issued during 1960-61.
The deep yellow pictorial box is very nice indeed, with strong colours on clean, crisp card. Barely any wear at all.
