C264
Corgi 264 Oldsmobile Toronado. Very near mint/boxed. Deep metallic green-blue issue. With SPUN WHEELS. Scarce. From a beautiful, single-owner collection, some 25 years in the making.
Notes
Issued 1966-69, in a striking metallic peacock blue finish, and a more difficult find with shaped spun wheels and suspension. Retractable jewelled headlights, detailed cream interior and a bright chrome steering wheel. This model was issued in various shades of greenish-blue – this version is a vibrant mid-shade. Wonderfully striking on display, especially with the retractable jewelled head and spot lights.
Quite delicious!
Grey base, with wheel for operating the headlight mechanism. Well-shaped original tyres.
In close to mint condition, with a few little chrome rubs (due to box contact). Faintest of roof rubs, visible under intense light only.
The box is bright and complete. A little age/handling wear but no tears. Period price label at an end flap.
