Notes
Issued between 1966-70, this Bedford TK Truck has an all original metallic red cab (including the ribbed roof), and a pale grey back, white interior, red operating wheel, white plastic wheels. Delicate ‘Auto Services’ transfers are complete on both sides.
With none of the usual roof rubs, this Bedford Truck is in fine condition. Few mere dots only on the light grey finish at some exposed points.
The attractive pictorial end flap box is clean and bright. Often found heavily worn – this example has fared better than most. (These later end flap boxes often suffer from extensive wear due to the comparatively flimsy nature of the card in relation to the weight of the truck enclosed inside). Just one thumb tear to an internal end flap seam. Period pencilled price at an end flap.
A very scarce issue.
