Early issue before individual boxes were assigned for this model – this early Land-Rover in this dual-numbered Trade Box was issued during 1954. Finished in mid-green with a cream interior, complete with the familiar, metal, fawn driver, black steering wheel and black tinplate screen. Early-style bumper. In unused condition, although you will find the occasional little mark, including a stray dab of silver (factory) and a little minor age wear to the tyres.
The *sturdy yellow card lift-off lid trade box comes complete with the little dividers (originally this Trade Box would have held 3 Land-Rovers).
The colours are strong, the card is undamaged. Note the rusty staples. Minor wear besides including remains of the original tape and a period price at one lid end. Little scribble. couple of little edge scuffs. Hudson Dobson export label.
