Notes
Later issue made between 1959-65, this fine French Dinky Fire Engine is in all original and complete condition with a vibrant red and silver finish, red concave wheels and a bright baseplate. Not a trace of dulling to the metal parts – they are gleaming bright. The silver original detailing is very fresh and note that this later issue has original treaded white tyres (one has the most minor little flat spot) and a white steering wheel.
Note that this model marks the re-numbering from the earlier issue (32D stamped on the base):
There are a few negligible marks, mostly at raised body at raised body details due to box contact.
The fresh and clean grey card inner is complete and fresh with the nearly always missing extra packing piece which holds the ladders in place.
No wear and tear at wheel slots.
The striped Supertoys picture box is bright and clean with no graffiti. Minor edge rubbing (including shelf rubbing to the box base underside) and a little storage corner crumple. French Dinky factory Quality Control stamp on the inside of the lid. No seam tears. One of the box base edges has a little seam separation. Little residue from a period price label at one short lid end.
2 original Instruction Leaflets are present:
