FD35A
French Dinky 35A Citroen Breakdown Truck 'DINKY SERVICE'. Near mint/boxed. Early issue. From The Heart of England Collection.
Notes
An early example of this nicely finished Citroen Breakdown vehicle, later re-numbered to 582. Such a lustrous finish throughout, with complete ‘DINKY SERVICE’ lettering on both sides. Very bright winding handle and axle ends. Spare wheel stowed behind the cab. Such a beautiful and vibrant lustre with no sunfading:
Generally bright baseplate and well-shaped supple, as-new tyres.
A few little top edge marks to the sides of the truck back.
The pictorial box is complete clean, with strong colours. Some wear at end flaps and a small seam tear. No graffiti.
One of our favourite French Dinky models.
