D104
Dinky 104 Aston Martin DB3S. Salmon finish. Near mint/boxed. From The Berlin Collection.
Notes
A classic Dinky sports car in the touring finish first issued during 1957. This example has a lustrous paint finish, complete with driver.
Upon close inspection, one may see the near-obligatory, tiny marks on the driver’s head and a little casting hole on one side. Missed during our initial inspection, we have noted a small retouch on one side (so it is hard to notice!). Bright baseplate has a couple of little scratches.
The pictorial box is complete and clean, with the correct colour spot at the end flaps.
No graffiti. Bright colours. Raised point on one side of the box (caused by axles) has a resulted in a tiny (not full thickness) split. Crease and a very small end flap tear.
