From one of the largest, private collections we have ever seen, with many items bought new at the time and stored away until now. Taken as a whole, the collection provides an exciting, kaleidoscopic snapshot of popular diecast toys issued during the 1960?s -1970?s.

Issued 1968-69, with a pale blue finish and distinctive ‘Pop Art’ Flower Power labels throughout. Detailed and fine bright and original gold cast wheels with suspension, and racing number 20. As-new original black tyres with fine tread and ‘Corgi Toys’ embossed. The bright red and orange psychedelic labels are complete and bright. Shiny chrome trim. Jewelled headlights, opening doors and a perfect Mustang radiator grille label. Pale blue interior.

Rarely out of its box, this model has barely visible ‘mottling’ to the paint finish in places. Barely detracts.
The box is extremely crisp with day-one bright colours on clean, intact card. Resistant end flaps show that this box has been opened once or twice ever. Corgi Club Membership Form is included. Period price label at an end flap.
An exceptional and rare item complete with the little strip of original semi-transparent paper to protect the roof transfer.
