D441
Dinky 30PA/441 'CASTROL' Tanker. Near mint/unboxed. From a large, stunning diverse collection with many items in old shop stock condition.
Notes
From one of the largest, private collections we have ever seen, with many items bought new at the time and stored away until now. Taken as a whole, the collection provides an exciting, kaleidoscopic snapshot of popular diecast toys issued during the 1960?s -1970?s.
Distinctive mid-green finish on this all original Studebaker tanker.
Fine silver trim, including the roof details (little rub to one, always the first things to get rubbed by the box). Bright ‘Castrol’ transfers have complete lettering, although there is a little nibbling to the top edge of the border of one transfer in one small area in particular and a little nick besides. Less so on the other. All four original tyres are supple and run well. Bright base. Occasional negligible mark to the paint finish.
