Notes

A collection some 20 years in the making. Renos Louka from Virginia Water, Surrey specialised in Film & TV models. His interest was due to his occupation of supplying camera and lighting equipment to the film, TV and broadcast industry.

First issued during 1956, this coach has a deepest blue paint finish with a white roof. The lettering at the sides is complete on one side, just a couple of tiny nicks on the other (nearly always found quite rubbed!). Complete BOAC lettering in yellow along with the distinctive gold Speedbird emblem on both sides.

A little ‘spidering’ on the base. Well-shaped tyres run well.

D283c7972

Couple of spots of very faint yellowing on the roof (very minor indeed and may clean completely off). One or two tiny marks besides.
The brightly-coloured picture box is complete with no tears or graffiti. Very minor wear only.
