Notes
This Dinky Supertoy model was issued during 1956 ( Dinky stamp inside the lid) and displays superbly with a fresh orange and green paint finish throughout. The model looks barely used, and there is scarcely a mark to the finish.
Upon close scrutiny, one can detect several careful touch-ins to the orange paint at edges and high points.
This later issue has a rivetted rather than the more common screwed back.
The striped Supertoys box is complete, clean and bright
with minor wear at edges and the number ‘5’ in pen on the lid.
