Notes

This attractive Gift Set was inspired by the t.v. show ‘The Avengers’ and is in near mint condition, issued between 1966-69.
It comprises:
1) John Steed’s Bentley in red and black finish, complete with all parts, and including the figure of John Steed at the wheel. Slight bend to the front wing of the Bentley. Just the occasional small mark at an exposed side edges.

2) Emma Peel’s Lotus Elan S2 is in original white finish with suspension on cast wheels. Original figure of Emma Peel. A little marking to the paint finish at one corner bumper edge and the occasional mere dot besides.
This set comes with three replacement plastic umbrellas (nearly always lost!) . Note that one umbrella has a small broken part.
Inner card plinth has bright graphics on complete card. Notably both the pull tabs at the ends are present and intact (often torn off or missing). Little tear to two wheel slots and minor marking besides.

Colourful pictorial outer box is complete. Couple of little end flap tears and minor age wear besides. Little pen mark.
