Notes

A collection some 20 years in the making. Renos Louka from Virginia Water, Surrey specialised in Film & TV models. His interest was due to his occupation of supplying camera and lighting equipment to the film, TV and broadcast industry.

This is a very fine example in all original condition, inspired by Gerry Anderson’s t.v. series Joe 90. Finished in bright metallic green/blue finish with gleaming chrome engines. Opening wings and extending tail fins. Suspension on all four wheels. Battery-powered engine exhaust (correct flickering light when a battery is fitted). Jewelled headlights. Intact windscreen and figure of Joe 90:

Looks unused with just a minor mark toward the rear and another rub to the highest point on the roof.
Colourful pictorial card stand is really crisp, fresh and bright with all four push-out tabs at the wheel slots still in place and both end tabs firmly and securely in place with no handling wear. Clean and rarely handled with day-one vibrant colours. Little tears at one wheel slot, otherwise hard to fault.

Complete with the polystyrene tray (little corner piece missing) which protects the plinth, along with a small piece of original foam which sits on the roof of the model.

It comes complete with the multi-lingual Instruction leaflet.

The outer box is a fitting partner with vivid bright graphics – clean, and complete with all end flaps (little starts of tears at the large tuck-in end flaps). Minor age wear besides.
