A private collection of fine childhood models has just come in to stock. Barely handled and extremely well looked after with one owner from new, these models are in original and authentic condition.
This model was inspired by the t.v. show ‘The Monkees’ and was issued between 1968-72. It is a superb example with a bright red finish, white roof, detailed cast wheels, complete with all four figures inside. Perfect ‘Monkees’ transfers on both sides and bright chrome engine detail. A couple of very tiny dots/rubs to the paint finish may be seen if you really look for them. Really, this example is one of the nicest we have seen. Not a mark on the white roof and there is none of the usual rubbing at the nose of the vehicle, save for a couple of the tiniest dots, barely visible to the naked eye (caused by the inevitable box contact).

The cellophane-fronted box is clean and complete, with intact original cellophane. Vivid colours throughout. Minor tear to the inner caused by movement of the car within the box (very minor). No tears at box corners or end flaps.
