C301
Corgi 301 Triumph TR2 Sports Car. Near mint plus/boxed. Cream version with flat spun wheels. Scarce. From The Worcestershire Collection, largely comprising fine, classic sports and racing cars.
Notes
This exciting Corgi car was made between 1956-61, in two different colour finishes. The model has such a lustrous cream paint finish, red seats, unpainted steering wheel, flat spun wheels, early baseplate, and an intact original windscreen. Fine-tread original tyres are as-new. An impressive model from Corgi – especially considering that this car was made during the first year of production!
A few little marks at the rear and a dot at a headlight. Mere dot or two besides.
The early blue picture box is complete and strongly-coloured. A little tear at an end flap and a few little creases besides. Shopkeeper’s pencilled price at one end flap.
