Notes
This collector wanted only the best examples in his collection ? painstakingly upgrading until he had the best examples he could find. After over 25 years, he has now decided to part with items from his own extensive collection.
This is one of them.
This touring model has a fine, light blue original paint finish with a deep blue interior, mid blue wheels, driver.
A lovely unrubbed paint finish and a pleasing contrast between the light blue body colour and the deeper intense blue seating.
Bright baseplate and the smooth well-shaped original tyres run well.
Upon close inspection, you will find a smudge of (factory) deep blue below the radiator. Couple of marks to the driver’s head (as is so often the case).
The pictorial box is complete, clean and vividly-coloured. Correct colour spot at the end flaps and no punctures! Minor age wear and a shopkeeper’s period price at an end flap.
