D164
Dinky 164 Mk 4 Ford Zodiac. Silver. Very near mint/boxed. From a most knowledgeable and enthusiastic collector in South London.
Notes
1st issue of this Zodiac model finished in silver with a bright red detailed interior. Jewelled lights at both front and rear, as well as bright chrome bumpers, ‘D’ registration plates, opening doors, bonnet and boot.
Looks completely unused:
Negligible dot or two if you really want to fault it (probably as-made).
The car sits atop its clean and complete roadway base, still fastened to this by means of the yellow plugs on the plastic box base.
Somewhat faded now (or at least the trade name Dinky is – which suggests that it was issued like this).
The perspex lid is generally clear (two small surface scratches) and comes complete with its black label still in place.
