From one of the largest, private collections we have ever seen, with many items bought new at the time and stored away until now. Taken as a whole, the collection provides an exciting, kaleidoscopic snapshot of popular diecast toys issued during the 1960?s -1970?s.
Issued during 1979, this is a very fine unused example finished in deep blue with colourful complete Spiderman labels on both sides. Peer through the roof amber glass and see the colourful ‘spider web’ interior! Early issue with four-spoke wheels.
Looks completely unused:
Mere box rub at two wheel arches and a couple of stray dots of factory silver at the rear.
Wonderfully crisp, fresh and bright header card style box (little crease on the reverse where the header card joins the main body of the box). TIniest wear only. Intact original cellophane front. Period price label is still attached.
