C342
Corgi 342 Lamborghini P400 Gt Miura. Very near mint/boxed. Red version. Scarce - and opened for the very first time to take these pictures! From a large, stunning diverse collection with many items in old shop stock condition.
Notes
From one of the largest, private collections we have ever seen, with many items bought new at the time and stored away until now. Taken as a whole, the collection provides an exciting, kaleidoscopic snapshot of popular diecast toys issued during the 1960?s -1970?s.
This version comes with the Lamborghini in the more unusual vivid red finish, with jewelled headlights, white interior, gold steering wheel, black bonnet and boot details. Moulded bull figure on the silver baseplate. Opening boot reveals a bright gold detailed engine.
A wonderfully fresh example:
In gleaming bright condition and untouched until now, this car nevertheless has a couple of little marks – where the car comes into contact with the bull (bumper edge) and there are a couple of dots on the opening boot edge
Complete with original bull figure on perspex (stiff clear plastic) stand.
Pristine (of course!) polystyrene plinth.
The long, slim window box is complete with intact original cellophane. No graffiti. Card is crisp and clean.‘Revised Specification’ strip is intact on the top surface of the box.
This set comes complete with the Corgi Club Membership Form. Original period price at an end flap.
A wonderful display piece!
