D282
Dinky 282 Duple Roadmaster Coach. Very near mint/boxed. Red version with TREADED TYRES and yellow version pictured on one box face. A high quality model from Bedfordshire.
Notes
Issued between 1954-60, this model has a fine sheen to the original bright deep red finish with silver coach lines, matching red ridged wheels and bright base. Treaded original tyres. Presents well.
Occasional minor dot to the silver coach lines (so often found rubbed due to box contact) and two little factory paint blemishes immediately above the windscreen. Marking to tone wheel (factory).
The pictorial card box is crisp and bright with no end flap tears. A more difficult find with yellow version pictured on one side (more often found with the blue variation pictured on one side). Very minor wear and a little grubbiness on one side. Correct colour spot. Period pencilled price on one box face.
