C406
Corgi 406 Land Rover 109WB. Near mint/boxed. Deep metallic blue & white version. SCARCE NON-PICTURE STAMPED BOX. From a childhood collection of toys in Denmark.
Notes
This sought-after Corgi model was issued during 1957-62. Vibrant metallic blue and white finish with shaped spun hubs and spare wheel on the bonnet. In all original condition.
Few tiny flecks of tarnishing on the base. Treaded tyres run well.
Couple of little marks on the ribs of the white roof, and a flake of paint on the bed. Few little marks besides. Period Corgi Accessory tax disc and number plates have been applied. Front bumper dips slightly at one end.
The blue and yellow plain card box is a more difficult find. Factory stamped ends denote which model is contained inside. Crisp and the colours are bright. No tears. Tiny stain or two.
