Issued during 1962, there are several slightly different issues. This is the late version with red plastic wheels and rollers.

In all original condition, the set comprises:

1) Scammell 6 × 6 Tractor in vivid orange with red plastic wheels including the spare. Perfect ‘LAING’ and ‘Civil Engineering Contractors’ transfers on both sides. Silver base. As-new original tyres. Few very minor marks only.

2) Trailer in matching finish with near perfect – very near perfect ‘LAING’ transfers ( little edge wear to the bottom of the transfer). Few little marks to the paint finish.

3) D9 Caterpillar Tractor in bright yellow with red plastic rollers and intact original green tracks. Few little marks to the original paint finish.

Sleeve-style pictorial box is strongly-coloured with no tears. Small scuff to a non-picture side and a little minor age wear besides. Period pencilled price.
No card insert.
