Dinky Trade Box (50091) in cream with period additional numbering 158 (Riley early numbering was 40A and it was changed to 158 during 1954).
Complete with the original card dividers, this box contains:
1)* Riley* – an early post-war Dinky model in dark grey with black wheels, early 1st type baseplate with cast pillars retaining the rear axle.
Excellent plus with a few chips and a very pleasing original lustre. Fine tread original tyres have no flat spots and run well. In all original condition.
2) Riley – an early post-war Dinky model in deep green with black wheels, early 1st type baseplate with cast pillars retaining the rear axle. Smooth original tyres run well. Minor rubbing at some raised body lines and a couple of chips.
The cream Trade Box is complete with no splits or repairs at corners. Small storage puncture has pressed back into place at one short lid end. Shiny staples and traces of the original sellotape which kept the lid closed/. Complete with the original dividers! Couple of grubby marks.
