D31C
Dinky 31C/452 Trojan 15CWT Van 'Chivers Jellies'. Very near mint/unboxed. From a private collection of Dinky and Corgi models, mostly purchased during the early 1980's at U.K. auction houses.
Notes
This classic Dinky van has a fresh, all original green finish with virtually mint distinctive detailed transfers on both sides.
A lovely example and particularly hard to find this good unboxed.
Fine lustre.
Bright base and original tyres ( two have a little flat spot).
Very close to mint paint finish ( unless you peer with a magnifying glass and then it is hard to find a mark!).
An endearing nostalgic piece on display.
Issued between 1953-54.
