Notes
Issued between 1962-68, this white ambulance with a short red side stripe and a bright yellow interior. Complete with stretcher and patient, both seated figures, intact delicate roof beacon and siren. ‘Ambulance’ window sign is intact on both sides (clear glass). Suspension on bright shaped spun wheels. Fine tread as-new tyres. Matt baseplate. Opening rear door.
Closest scrutiny reveals a couple of extra dabs of well matched paint at the roof edge, otherwise hard to fault.
This pictorial card box with serrated tag feature (intact) is complete and brightly-coloured. Minor wear including a little end flap ruffling and a couple of starts of tears. Period pencilled price at an end flap.
