FD32C
French Dinky 32C Panhard 'ESSO' Tanker. Near mint plus/boxed. Small winged version. From The European Collection.
Notes
Issued between 1956-59, this is the 2nd issue with smaller winged transfers. Very fresh, dark red original paint finish on this ESSO Tanker, with distinctive detailed small ‘ESSO’ labels complete on both sides and rear:
Bright silver ladder. Occasional little mark to the paint finish. Lovely vivid deep red finish is lustrous throughout. Spare wheel has light surface crazing and there is some light crazing to 4 tyres. However, the model still runs well (no flat spots), and further deterioration to the tyres, if stored well, looks unlikely. Shiny baseplate.
The deep yellow card pictorial box is crisp, bright and complete. Little surface loss on one box face. Very small seam tear, but no punctures or graffiti.
