This is a very scarce issue in vibrant mid blue with black ridged wheels, smooth black tyres and a first type baseplate with small baseplate print. Issued between 1947-50.
In all original, excellent plus condition, with a lustrous and distinctive finish. Shiny baseplate and axles. Very eye-catching! Few little marks mostly at the rear.
