C238
Corgi 238 Jaguar Mark X. Scarce metallic emerald green issue. Very near mint/boxed. With two pieces of luggage. From a private collection in Somerset.
Notes
A very attractive example of this popular Corgi model, issued between 1962-67 in a variety of colour finishes.
This scarce colour finish – vibrant metallic emerald green is in very near mint condition. Do note that the factory riveting of the baseplate has resulted in a slightly larger than usual gap between the front bumper and body of the car. Bright red interior and suspension on shaped spun wheels. Jewelled headlights, opening bonnet and boot. Both ‘little and large’ pieces of original luggage are included.
The box is bright, clean and vividly-coloured. MInor handling wear including a couple of little creases and a very small start of a tear at an end flap.
Period price is pencilled on one box face.
